By purchasing a product or service from FRANCA, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and services

FRANCA offers the following products and services:

• City guides — digital PDF downloads with curated healthy travel recommendations

• Custom itineraries — personalised healthy travel plans delivered within 5 working days

• Health coaching — personal 1-on-1 online coaching sessions with the founder of FRANCA

2. Prices

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. FRANCA reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.

3. Digital products — City Guides

• City guides are delivered as PDF files via email after payment

• Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the guide

• You may not share, resell, reproduce or distribute the guide without written permission from FRANCA

• Due to the digital nature of this product, we do not offer refunds once the file has been delivered

4. Custom Itineraries

• A custom itinerary is a personalised healthy travel plan created specifically for you

• Delivery is within 5 working days of receiving your order and all required information

• Payment is required in advance

• Due to the personalised nature of this service, refunds are not available once work has commenced

• If you provide incomplete or incorrect information, FRANCA cannot guarantee the accuracy of the itinerary

5. Health Coaching

• Coaching sessions are conducted online via video call

• Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may be charged in full

• Coaching is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment

• FRANCA is not responsible for any health decisions made based on coaching sessions

• Monthly coaching subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with effect from the next billing period

6. Liability

FRANCA makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and quality of its products and services. However:

• City guide recommendations are based on personal research and are subject to change

• FRANCA is not liable for any inaccuracies, closures or changes at recommended venues

• FRANCA is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service

7. Intellectual property

All content on francahealth.com — including text, images, city guides and other materials — is the intellectual property of FRANCA unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Complaints

If you have a complaint about our products or services, please contact us first at info@francawellness.com. We aim to respond within 5 working days and resolve complaints as quickly as possible.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

10. Changes to these terms

FRANCA reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
